  • • 1 stick Butter, unsalted
  • • 3/4 lb Havarti cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Season your steak generously with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, Dijon mustard, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  3. Cook the Steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook to your desired doneness (3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
