  • • 3 oz Cream cheese
  • • 1 Salsa and sour cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded taco cheese on top. Spread the Fritos corn chips over the cheese layer, then top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Bake the Casserole
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Add Toppings and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Add optional toppings like shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, and sliced green onions.
