Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (for garnish)







Directions:
- Make the Tapioca Dough:
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca flour and water until smooth. Stir until a dough-like consistency forms. Set aside.
- Prepare the Pork Filling:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and shallot, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the pork is fully browned.
- Stir in the fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and white pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

- Form the Tapioca Pearls:
- Take small portions of the tapioca dough and roll them into balls, about the size of a marble.
- Flatten each ball into a disc shape in the palm of your hand.

- Cook the Saku Sai Moo:
