- Prepare the Ingredients:

- Mince 3 garlic cloves and chop 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté Vegetables:
- In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
