  • • 5 ml Cayenne pepper

  • • 120 ml Cheddar cheese, Sharp
  • • 450 g Cream cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded sharp cheddar, diced jalapeños, 240 ml of bacon crumbles, optional red onion, black pepper, and Cayenne pepper. Stir until the mixture is light and fluffy; this will serve as the base for the cheese balls.
