Directions:
- Prepare the Octopus:
- Clean the octopus thoroughly
- In a large pot, combine octopus with onion, celery, carrots, parsley, garlic, peppercorns, and lemon
- Add water and bring to a simmer
- Cook for 45-90 minutes until tender
- Let cool to room temperature
- Separate the tentacles
- Grill the Octopus:
- Brush octopus tentacles with olive oil
