Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Fish:

      • Pat dry with paper towels
    • If using fillets:
      • Pat dry with paper towels
      • Check for any remaining bones
  2. Season the Fish:
    • Rub olive oil all over the fish
    • Season generously with salt and pepper
    • Stuff cavity (if whole) with:
      • Lemon slices
      • Garlic cloves
      • Fresh herbs
    • For fillets, season both sides with seasoning mix
  3. Cooking Methods:Grilling Method:
    • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F)
    • Oil grill grates well
    • Grill whole fish for 7-8 minutes per side
    • For fillets, grill 4-5 minutes per side
    • Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork
    Baking Method:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F
    • Place fish in a baking dish
    • Bake whole fish for 20-25 minutes
    • For fillets, bake 12-15 minutes
    • Fish should reach internal temperature of 145°F
    Pan-Searing Method:
    • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
    • Sear fillets skin-side up for 4-5 minutes
    • Flip and cook for additional 3-4 minutes
    • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice
  4. Check for Doneness:
    • Fish should be opaque throughout
    • Flesh should flake easily with a fork
    • Internal temperature should reach 145°F
  5. Serving Suggestions:
    • Garnish with:
      • Fresh lemon wedges
      • Chopped fresh herbs
      • Extra virgin olive oil drizzle
    • Serve immediately while hot
