SHRIMP ROLLS ON BRIOCHE BUNS

Shrimp Rolls on Brioche Buns are a perfect blend of tender, succulent shrimp paired with the sweetness and softness of brioche buns. Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 brioche buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Lettuce leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.
    • Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Make the Dressing:
